Can Users Answer a Poll More Than Once?

By default, we let users reply only once - this is based on the user's cookies. (That way they can't tip the scales in the poll). However, if you choose to enable more than one reply per user, you can do it by marking the option 'Allow multiple votes per person' in the 'Settings' section on the Editor.
