I have the WordPress Plugin but I can’t see the item, what do I do?

First, make sure that you have installed the most updated version of the WP plugin (4.61).

If not, update your plugin and refresh your content page to see if the issue has been resolved.

If you have the most updated version, make sure that you are using the correct authentication token (See where do I get my WP token)

If you still can’t see the item, contact your account manager or send an email to support@apester.com
